If driving with hand controls is an option, but you can't get to the steering wheel, this seat, mounted to an 8-way power transfer base eliminates obstacles that make transferring from wheel chair to driver's seat impossible. Its slide mechanism lets you move the seat back to the mid section of the van where transfer is unencumbered, then it slides you forward to the steering wheel.
